Try contacting David Lasocki. He might know where to find a copy.
Do you need the 1931 revision or does the original 1899 edition also interest you. I've sent out queries to try to find the book here in Europe.

Further to my earlier message below, I now note that the seller "jasnfure" is new today and has 327 items (all musical). I've seen some before, and last time it was also at a weekend, I think. There are some bidders, and it's a "private auction".  I've sent another email, this time to the "spoof" address. Goodness knows if it will save the bacon of the bidders.
