Wall of China event:

Seasons Greetings from your humble Pod Leader!   It is my pleasure to
report that we are on course to reschedule the Great Wall Concert for
May 3rd, 2003.  More information will be sent to you in early 2002.
 

For those of you who have been on the Great Wall email list for
awhile, you know it has been a bit of bumpy ride to get 1000
saxophones onto the Great Wall and it was very disappointing to have
to delay the concert until 2003.   The terrorist events of 9-11
created many problems for organizing this event including interfering
with our publicity, event insurance, the October planning trip in
China, and the loss of United Airlines as a major sponsor.  But we
are undaunted and determined to move ahead and believe that this
concert will be even more meaningful in light of current events.
 

As always, your suggestions and help are welcome.  Please continue to
spread the word.
