In my brief efforts to find this CD for sale somewhere either with
instructions in English or which accepted secure credit-card purchases, I
found a different "Blow Up [LIVE]" CD, with accordion (Richard Galliano) and
(at least some) bass clarinet (Michel Portal):

Blow Up starts out with a didjeridooish sounding bass clarinet.  The most
impressive thing on the album IMNSHO is the Eb clarinet work.
