Do you mean to include advts for CDs? I'm guessing the answer is no, but
you don't specifically say so in your announcement - if you are taking free
classifieds for artists' CDs, I could whip up a little thing about our man
Matthias Ziegler (contrabass flute).

I wasn't really considering new CDs, as I think we already cover that
pretty well (through the discography, and through announcements in
the list, which are archived on the web). Let me think about that
one a day or two...

New additions:

A page about the string bass, contributed by Jacob Head; and

The (empty, so far) contrabass classified page.

The survey results are interesting. Out of the 59 respondents to date, nearly half (29) play bass clarinet, following closely by contra clarinet (26). The instrument wanted by most respondents is the contrabass clarinet (25), followed by bassoon (19), contrabassoon (18), sarrusophone and contrabass saxophone (each 17), bass saxophone and bass flute (each 16). Of course, the entire site is biased toward woodwinds, so it comes as no surprise that there are more woodwind fanciers than brass players responding to the survey.
