I saw that ad, although I didn't notice what they were selling.  I guess it would
have looked silly with a contra clarinet.   I have always thought that the string
bass is cool looking and the clarinet looks dorky.  Sigh.

The website for Joueurs de Flûte is now up, at http://www.echo.ch/~jouflute/ .  Starts with a nice picture of the ensemble, including two Kotato contrabass flutes.  They've also sent me a mini CD with excerpts of some of their works, along with permission to post them.  Sound clips soon to be uploaded!
