Hello all,
Just a note to invite those of you who might be in the area to
swing by Seattle's University Village shopping center between 12 noon
and 4pm on November 28th to get a nice, warm gingerbread latte to sip
while you listen to Northstar Saxophone Quartet playing holiday music.
Northstar Quartet consists of graduate and undergraduate saxophone
majors from the UW School of Music and we will be performing a variety
of both familiar and fresh holiday music on an array of saxophones that
sparkle as brightly as any Christmas tree. I'll be playing mostly
baritone, with a little contrabass and sopranino as well. (Okay, so the
contrabass isn't actually little, but the sopranino certainly is...)
We will be set up under the large tent between Eddie Bauer and
The Gap.
Hope to see you there, and Happy Holidays!
Jay
