Subject: [CB] concert
SO, I just finsihed a concert where I am getting my master's degree. I have
gone to the "dark side", soprano clarinet. We played Sullivan's Pineapple
Poll. I think I played more notes in that one piece than I normally play in
a year of bass clarinet playing. We have a young woman playing bass clarinet
which has allowed me to go back to my 5th grade roots, the clarinet. I
almost hate to admit it to this group, but as the solo clarinetist on the
piece it was fun being the star of the show for a change. After all those notes its time for a drink,
Jean
