Subject: Sci fi contra

The very best and neatest subcontra has already been invented: the pipe organ in its most lush configurations.  Fanatics could add on another row of low pitches until they become inaudible.
Who wouldn't love to have a massive church-type pipe organ to play?

Subject: You're *not* unsubscribed

Many (if not all) of you have received the "farewell" notice from the list.
DON'T WORRY - you have not been unsubscribed.  I've checked the web
interface, and it still shows everyone as subscribed (at least, everyone
I've looked for, and the number of subscribers hasn't changed radically).
I don't know why the farewell message was sent out to everyone (I got one
too), but I suspect that my ISP had to restart the server or the list
software.  Its done this before.  I have a message in to support to make
sure there isn't anything actually wrong with the list.

I just received this.  Did the list take a dump or something.....?    I
didn't make a request to un******be.

Not as far as I know.  Ray Bernd is organizing the Sax Xmas (12/19/98),
while Tony Clements is organizing the San Jose TUBAFest=AE (tomorrow!).  I
don't know who (if anyone) has been helping, but you could askt them.  Ray
is at rbernd@campbellusd.k12.ca.us. amd Tony is at TonyC789@aol.com.

Enjoy!
